COVID-19

Keeping our residents, staff and communities safe is deeply important to us. We are committed to doing our part to stop the spread of coronavirus. We have done the research and below are resources to help you be part of the solution.  Thanks to assistance from the Office of Criminal Justice, 20-CESF-35, our facilities undergo systematic sanitization and clients are provided with COVID-19 safety kits. We encourage you to visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization websites for the latest information on symptoms, prevention and treatment.

VISITORS to any Life Changes facility MUST complete a Covid-19 screening prior to entry to any facility! This screening must be complete the day of the visit.
